includes a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility
room, 4 bedrooms ensuite.
We welcome up to two pets.
The house is heated by oil fired
central heating.

The kitchen and utility room are
equipped to a high standard. In the kitchen are an
oven/hob, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is
large enough to include a breakfast table and
stools.
A fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier
and dishwasher are located in the utility room
adjacent to the kitchen.
The dining room seats eight and
a high chair is also available should you require
it.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD and CD player, books and
games are provided for your use.
